What is the Entry Requirement?
For entry onto the MA in Human Resource Management Top-up qualification, learners must possess:
  • A relevant and recognised postgraduate diploma or equivalent such as and Ofqual, UK accredited Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management (students need to submit both certificate and transcript on application)
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher qualification
  • A copy of your valid photo ID
  • A Statement of Purpose
  • You must also have a minimum of 2 years’ work experience at graduate level, in either a managerial or professional capacity which may include voluntary work, placements, internships, project management etc.
  • Two references – academic and professional
