Open Entry. No formal qualification is required from mature learners (over 21 years) who have relevant management experience. For others, the learners should have relevant NQF / QCF / RQF Level 4 Award / Diploma or at the level of GCE / GCSE or equivalent qualification. Completion of your qualification will meet the University standard academic entry requirements. However, each applicant will be subject to individual assessment and other entry requirements which may affect university entry.

The following progression arrangements have been confirmed by each university.

As our OTHM accredited qualifications are approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) and Qualifications Wales, learners are also eligible to progress to a top-up degree, master’s programme, or MBA at many universities in UK and overseas with advanced standing.

What is the Entry Requirement?
For entry onto the fast track Level 5 Diploma in Business Management qualification, learners must possess:
  • Relevant NQF / QCF / RQF Level 4 diploma or equivalent recognised qualification,

AND

  • Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course

OR

In certain circumstances, learners with considerable experience but No formal qualifications may be considered, subject to interview and being able to demonstrate their ability to cope with the demands of the programme.

The qualification is offered in English.
